How do I track my order?
Orders that have shipped within the US can be tracked by the USPS tracking number on your Paypal shipment notification. You can contact us directly on status of all other orders.
We will send a notification on receipt of all horsehair sent to us for your custom item.
What are your delivery options?
We ship using USPS with standard and fully insured options. Ordering via the online store is available with shipping to US and Canda. Contact us directly for shipping opitons to other regions.
Do you provide International delivery?
Please contact us for international orders outside of US and Canada.
What is your returns policy?
Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. We will work to correct any problems in material or workmanship but cannot accept returns on custom items.
